Pazit is a highly accomplished, results-driven financial management executive. Demonstrated ability to streamline business operations that drive growth and increase efficiency. Strong qualifications in developing and implementing financial controls and processes in addition to productivity improvements.

With over 20 years of executive experience as a CFO focusing on investment funds (Hi-Tech and Private Equity). Among her senior positions are included SCP VitaLife, a life science fund based in Israel and USA, Cogito Capital, a $0.3B private debt & equity fund and Israel Infrastructure Fund (IIF), an infrastructure private equity fund with over $1B under management, where she took an active role in the fund raising of the $200M second fund, provided financial due diligence during investment process and legal review of all aspects of the investments, analyzed and optimized deal structure, as well as tax planning.

Pazit is an experienced Qualified Mediator under the Israeli Courts’ ADR program and volunteers in the Community Mediation and Dialogue Center in Ra’anana.

Pazit is a CPA and holds B.A. in Business Management and LL.M. from Bar Ilan University, Israel.
